How to Change Page Background Color in MS Word for Mac

 

Change the background color
  1. Go to Design > Page Color.
  2. Choose the color you want. If you don’t see the color you want, select More Colors and then pick a color from any of the options in the Color box. Tips: To pick a color from a file, select the picture image, click the gear icon, and select New from File.

 

In today’s video, we will show you how to change page background color in Word for macOS.
Open the Word file. Go to the Design tab. Click on Page color. Select the color you like. For example, a nice blue shade. Easy!
If you didn’t find the color you want, Click on Page color. Select More colors from the list. Click on the color wheel and select the color you like. Click Ok.
You can also go through More colors menu. Different tab has different options you can use to color your pages.
