How to Convert a Number to a Word in Microsoft Word Using a Shortcut Key
As we all know, there is no built-in feature in Microsoft Word to convert numbers to words. However, with a few easy settings in MS Word, you can simply turn numbers into words, and you can even create a keyboard shortcut key to do so…
So, let’s look at how to use a keyboard shortcut to convert numbers to words in Microsoft Word.
  1. Open a Word document, select “View,” then “Micros-view Micro.” A dialogue box will appear; enter the name of the macro and click “Create.”
  1.   Copy and paste above code into Macros and click on“File”-“Close and return to Microsoft Word”.

now that you’re ready to convert a number to a word, hold the cursor over the number and select “Micros-view Micro” before selecting “Run.” Because using the mouse takes time, let’s create a shortcut key for this.
