How to Convert PDF to Word in 3 Seconds Offline
hello today I’m here with a quick tip for Microsoft Word but it’s one that I think you’re going to find very helpful
today we are going to cover how to convert a PDF document to Microsoft Word so
you can’t edit a PDF file directly in PDF format using Microsoft Word
but there is a workaround that is so seamless you’ll barely notice
the difference what we’re going to do is open a PDF file in Word then word will
convert it to a word format then we’ll save the file back as a PDF giving us our edited PDF file so to get started
I’m going to head to file open and then navigate to the PDF file on my computer
that I would like to add it to this now once this file is opened in Word
you’re going to see that you’re able to edit it so I’m going to make some additions I’m going to change a few little things and make some basic edits to this document
now like normal when I’m done with this document I’m going to want to save it, however, I’m going to choose to save as and show you something here where the file type is specified
I’m going to use the drop-down menu to
deselect the Microsoft Word document
format and instead pick PDF file if you
want to update the existing document on
your computer you can even name the file
the exact same thing and your system
will ask if you want to overwrite your
existing document however I like
versioning so I’m going to name it
version 2 instead and save it then we
have our edited PDF document to share as
we please this is just a quick little
tip but it can really come in handy if
you’ve found yourself wrestling with a
PDF document hopefully you found this
helpful
