How to Enable Camera on Windows 10
Select Start > Settings > Privacy > Camera. In Allow access to the camera on this device, select Change and make sure Camera access for this device is turned on. This setting lets any user on the device choose if they want apps to be able to access the camera.
Open the Settings app by pressing the Windows + I shortcut key, or clicking the Settings icon from the Start Menu in Windows 10. From the Settings window, click Privacy. Choose Camera in the left pane. You’ll see an option that says “Let apps use my camera“.
- Click the Start Button (Windows icon) in bottom left of desktop.
- Select Settings.
- Click Privacy.
- Scroll through the list on the left to find Camera and select Camera.
- Under Allow Device To Access Camera click the Change button and make sure it is switched on.
