How to Enable Sign in Options Page in Settings in Windows 10
Go to Start > Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options. Under Require sign-in, select an option for when Windows should require you to sign in again.
How do I fix the Sign-in options on Windows 10?
This worked for me.
- Press Window button+R.
- In the “run box” type: services.msc and press Enter key.
- In Services scroll down to Credential Manager, double click on it and besides “Startup type” choose “Automatic”
- Click “Apply”, then click “Start”, then click “OK”.
- Reboot computer.
