How do I fill text with an image in Word?
3. Fill the text
  1. Select the text.
  2. On the contextual Format tab, click the Text Fill dropdown in the WordArt Styles group.
  3. In the resulting dropdown, choose Picture.
  4. In the resulting dialog, enter “Bubbles” as a search term.
  5. From the picture files, choose anything—I choose the circled graphic in Figure D.
  6. Click Insert.

  1. Click or tap anywhere in the paragraph you want to change, or press Ctrl+A to select all text.
  2. Click Home > Line Spacing.
  3. Select the line spacing you want.
  4. If you want more exact spacing, select Line Spacing Options.
