now I’ll show you how to permanently disable Windows 10 updates for all connections at the same time go to control panel

now go to Administrative Tools

now click on services

and now scroll down the list and

find Windows Update

double-click

and set startup type as disabled

Okay the easiest way to prevent automatic updates is

to set your connection to a metered internet connection

go to settings network and internet Wi-Fi to your Wi-Fi network and click
set as a metered connection on windows
will remember the setting for each
individual network anyways windows will
download updates when you connect your
device to a new network or when you sell the network as a Richard again

if you go to the Internet there is no option to meter your internet connection it works
only on creators update at Windows 10,

this update is already available

and after the update, we have the same option for Ethernet ok and

finally, run MMC command its Microsoft management console ad group policy
the object in Windows components double-click on Windows Update next double-click on
configure automatic updates and click enable now we have available options here choose option number to notify for download and notify for install click OK now reboot your PC for these changes to
take effect and that’s it so now you know how to temporarily or permanently
disable Windows 10 updates good luck.
