Line and Paragraph Spacing | Microsoft WORD for Beginners

 

 

There are two types of Spacing in Microsoft Word: paragraph and lice Spacing. Each of these spacings is edited separately. Select the text that you need and go to Home tab. Look for the Paragraph Block. Click on the Line spacing icon. You will see a list of options. Click on the spacing option that you need, for example, 2.0. You can see in the video how will the text look now. If you don’t see the option that you want, choose Line Spacing Options from the list. Go to spacing block. Click on the Line Spacing to see the dropout list. You will see the options, such as Single, 1.5 lines, Double, At Least, Exactly and Multiple. If you choose At least, Exactly and Multiple you need to edit the At value to set the line spacing that you need. Choose the one that you need from the list and click Ok.
