what is Difference between Sleep Hybrid Sleep and Hibernation in Window…

Sleep is a power-saving state that allows a computer to quickly resume full-power operation. Hibernation is a power-saving state designed primarily for laptops. Hybrid sleep is designed primarily for desktop computers and is a combination of sleep and hibernate.

Should hybrid sleep be on or off?
Hybrid sleep is on by default for desktop systems but off by default on laptops. Why this choice? First of all, desktops are at higher risk of the power outage scenario wherein a loss of power (either due to a genuine power outage or simply unplugging the computer by mistake) causes all work in progress to be lost.
